Abstract Submission
Abstract submission for oral or poster presentation is open until May 10th, 2022. Abstract submission should be done via E-mail (israelplantecology@gmail.com). When submitting your Abstract please state: "Abstract submission" followed by full name in the E-mail subject (for example: "Abstract submission Israel Israeli"). Please attach your Abstract as a *.doc/*.docx file according to the template (see above). The conference posters and presentations will be in English.
Oral presentation Instructions
OralInstuct
Oral presentations should be 12 minutes long. We ask each presenter to leave the remaining 3 minutes for a short discussion after his/her talk. To enable time for discussions, time restrictions will be strictly enforced so please make sure to time your talk in advance. Presentations should be PPT or PDF format. Presentations will be delivered from a desktop PC, all Mac users are asked to make sure in advance that their talk works well on
a PC.
In order to enable a continuous flow of presentations on the days of the meeting, all presenters are requested to upload their talks on the beginning of the first day of the conference.
Poster presentation Instructions
PostersInstruct
Posters should be approximately 90 by 120 cm large. We encourage you to make intriguing and eye catching posters in order to enable as much discussions as possible. The poster session will take place in the first day of the conference, however, we ask that you leave your poster up for the continuation of the conference in order to maximize its exposure.
